Northeast Alabama Purchasing Association (NEAPA)

The Northeast Alabama Purchasing Association is a cooperative purchasing organization of municipalities, counties, and other governmental agencies.

The objective of the Northeast Alabama Purchasing Association is to work toward cooperative purchasing relationships among its members for the purpose of joint bidding which will result in lower costs to all participants on commonly used commodities. Joint bidding lowers administrative costs, promotes the interchange of information on purchasing problems and allows for the advancement of purchasing professionalism through the exchange of ideas and experiences.
