The Senior Activity Center is a multi-purpose public facility, with several different areas available to rent for meetings and special events. It is also host to several senior clubs and groups.


Rental Rates 
Auditorium
  • $375.00/6 hour block
 
  • Use of kitchen for prep/serving of food
  • Cleaned up and out by your designated time
  • $50.00/hr for extra time
  • Seats up to 250
Senior Activity Center auditorium 
Tea Room
  • $50.00/hour
  • 2 hour minimum
  • Seats up to 50
Tea Room
Alaco Room
  • $25.00/hour
  • 2 hour minimum
  • Seats up to 75 (chairs only)

  • $100.00
  • MUST rent auditorium

 Other Charges
Kitchen  Clean Up
  • $75.00
  • If the kitchen is not cleaned up and left in its original state, this fee will be levied
Linen
  • $4.00 (Tableclothes/each)
  • Banquet (54x120)
  • Square for Round table (90x90)
  • $0.60  (napkins/each)
  • Minimum of 50

Security
  • $25.00/hr
  • 3 hour minimum
  • required for events with  alcohol, underage (18 and under) parties
Electronics
  • $50.00 for the sound room
  • $25.00 for TV/VCR/DVD
 
Overtime
  • $50.00/every 15 minutes
  • Incurred for every 15 minutes after the end of your booking you are not cleaned up and out
