The Downtown Civic Center is a multi-purpose public facility, with several different areas available to rent for meetings and special events. It is also host to several senior clubs and groups.


Rental Rates 
Auditorium
  • $450.00/6 hour block*
  • $750/All Day
 
  • Use of kitchen for prep/serving of food
  • Cleaned up and out by your designated time
  • $50.00/hr for extra time

All rental rates are based on Non-profit/Private events. Commercial rates will be higher.
All rental rates will double when booked on City Holiday

Damage Deposit
  • $200.00
  • Damage deposit will be required for all rentals. Credit card preferred payment method to be held until after event.
Linen
  • $4.00 (Tablecloths/each)
  • Banquet (54x120)
  • Square for Round table (90x90)


Security
  • $25.00/hr
  • 3 hour minimum
  • required for events with  alcohol, underage (18 and under) parties
Marquee Rental
  • $25.00/per day
  • 3 day minimum rental
 
Overtime
  • $50.00/every 15 minutes
  • Incurred for every 15 minutes after the end of your booking you are not cleaned up and out
