Gadsden Alabama's very own "Public Works Rappers" & "Trash Blasters" performing for Gadsden & Etowah County Schools during the Message in a Bottle Symposium held on Thursday October 27, 2011 at Gadsden's Convention Hall. The event is held annually to raise awareness of the importance of keeping our communities clean and is sponsored by Alabama Power, The City of Gadsden, Etowah County Sheriff's Office, Keep Etowah Beautiful, and many other local businesses and organizations. The performers are actual City employees from the "Public Works" Department and have been involved with the event for several years often performing parodies to popular songs as a way to interact with the kids.
