Permanent City Records Various permanent records are maintained in the City Clerk-Treasurer Department. This includes Contracts and Agreements, Minutes of City Council Meetings and Resolutions and Ordinances. These records are available for the public to read during normal business hours. The staff may make copies of any of these documents upon request. There is a charge per page. | |
