2. Cap the pothole at 3RD and BAY. I need a d*** alignment after hitting that son of a bitty.

   Just f***ing make it where my truck or car doesn't lose alignment. It'd also be neat if y'all could time the traffic lights on the side streets downtown at 25MPH, maybe 35MPH, to actually improve the flow of traffic. Why do I hit them every d*** block whether I'm on 1at or 4th trying to get through? I'm committed to the idea that Nick Hall does not give a f*** nor does he know what he's doing other than collecting a check.
