Applications for the Etowah County Lions Club Eye Clinic, Inc. & the Joel Helm Eye Clinic are accepted by Mental Health America’s Betty Willoughby at the Gadsden Public Library on Mondays & Tuesdays.  The Eye Clinic offers free aid to individuals based upon income level and lack of eyeglass insurance.
