City of Gadsden – Title VI Program The contents of this Title VI program reflect the views of the City of Gadsden, and are not necessarily those of United States Department of Transportation or the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). The City of Gadsden is solely responsible for the accuracy of information presented in this Title VI report.

Civil Rights Compliance: In compliance with Title VI regulations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, no person in the United States of America shall, on grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participating in, or denied the benefits of, or be subject to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance.
